Hello! My name is Ilana Khononov and I am a Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. I have extensive experience working in the mental health field, treating clients of all ages and backgrounds. I have experience in working with clients who suffer from a range of diagnoses including anxiety, depression, behavioral disturbance, bipolar disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorders, ADHD, and PTSD.
I utilize a holistic approach that is tailored to each client’s individual needs. In this regard, I do not use an algorithmic method, and consider everyones path to wellbeing a unique journey. I utilize evidence-based treatment, incorporating psychopharmacology, psychotherapy, and lifestyle changes to optimize mental health.
