Trained in clinical and administrative skills, Dr. Parikh worked as a faculty at NYPH in Westchester since 2002. She had been the Chief of Eating disorder, treating inpatient and outpatient child, adolescent and adults. Her expertise has resulted in book chapters and few publications. She is now in full time, outpatient practice offering concierge medicine, 24/7 access to clinicians while offering integrative and holistic individualized psychiatric treatment. With goals of bridging gap between inpatient and weekly outpatient, We now offer a comprehensive approach to psychiatric treatment.
She is the only provider in White Plains and neighboring areas for Neurostar TMS (Trans Magnetic Stimulation) for non-medication treatment of depression. She also offers IV Ketamine infusion for treatment of depression. Her affiliates are NYS MMP licensed provider offering pain management treatment and evals/f/u for medical marijuana program (MMP).
Along with second opinions and expert psychopharm consultation, she now offer a Ketamine treatment utilizing clinical protocol for treatment of treatment resistant depression, PTSD, pain and other conditions. Recent research trials have shown that IV infusions of Ketamine to patients suffering with mood and anxiety conditions can relieve their symptoms-sometimes within hours to days.
