Currently we have availability on a weekly basis. Dr. Jacine Vilches is a psychiatric nurse practitioner with dual certification in family practice and psychiatry (double-boarded). After working at a level I trauma center and receiving her doctoral degree from Florida State University she practiced psychiatry in Boston with the severely mentally ill population treating disorders ranging from schizophrenia to generalized anxiety disorder and personality disorders. Recently she moved back to Florida to open her private telepsychiatry practice that focuses on the holistic treatment of mental health disorders.

I'm a psychiatrist in private practice in Cambridge, Massachusetts, providing diagnostic assessments, psychotherapy, and medication management for children, teens and adults. I trained at the Massachusetts General Hospital in psychiatry and child psychiatry, and was on faculty there for 20 years, before moving to the Boston Medical Center and the Boston University School of Medicine. I've had a part time private practice in Cambridge through most of my career.

Accepting new patients, I am a double board certified psychiatrist with certifications in adult, child and adolescent psychiatry. I have been on faculty at academic centers and involved in teaching medical students and training psychiatry residents. My diverse and in depth experience has helped me look out for the subtle nuances which often get missed and lead to treatment resistance.

Leading a fulfilling and happy life can be challenging and may even seem impossible at times. I believe that communicating and connecting via talk therapy is one path towards a happier and more meaningful life. My view is that therapy provides an opportunity to gain insight into one's relationships with one's self, others and society. I use a variety of approaches in my therapeutic work according to what works for each individual person. Together we'll focus on trying to understand the root causes of various problems and repetitive patterns of behavior that are difficult to change.

Welcome! I AM accepting new patients for medication management. I am a Board Certified PMHNP with 22 years nursing experience. My nursing philosophy hasn't changed in 22 years. My aim is to deliver the same level of care equal which is expected for members of my family. Treatment efforts should be comprehensive and collaborative with the treatment team and the client's family.

It’s hard to decide to seek help; now finding that help brings more stress. I hope I can help you get your life back on track. Most issues respond best to a combination of therapy and medications, so I provide both. My approach is strategy-focused; I offer suggestions, & you choose which to try. Medications must be an open & honest collaboration between us. I provide information about the options, and respect your informed decision. Stephanie L. Weingard graduated from Florida International University, achieving a post-masters certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She has worked in inpatient, outpatient and intensive outpatient settings over the past 8 years. She is also a United States Air Force Reservist and works providing mental health care to both active duty and reserve members.

Dr. Shailaja Emani is a board certified psychiatrist passionate about providing holistic, comprehensive, and evidence based psychiatric care. She has a wide variety of experience treating children, adolescents, and adults across treatment settings and complexity levels.

I have extensive training and experience in treating a wide array of psychiatric disorders. I am a double board certified psychiatrist with board certifications in Child, Adolescent and Adult Psychiatry.

Some challenges and transitions people encounter each day can change outlook, cause stress, bring difficulties, sadness, panic, depression, anxiety and emotional shock. These situations may leave clients confused, distraught and overwhelmed. Focus is to help clients deal with these presenting issues. Working through stressful times and helping clients to attain their optimal level of functioning is a priority. Medication management is big in this practice; however different treatment methods are used and tailored to fit each individual client need.

Alice Husted is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) who has 10 years of experience treating adults and adolescents (13 and older) with an array of mental health issues. Alice has specialized experience working with patients who suffer from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), which has provided her expertise in treating disorders that are often a result of trauma, such as addictions, mood disorders, and eating disorders.
