My ideal patient is a person or family motivated for change now. I offer cutting-edge treatments with intakes and followups within seven days to all of my patients. All patients have direct email, phone, and text access to my medical team. From young children to elite adult athletes with ADHD to people challenged by other behavioral health issues, I am enthusiastic and eager to help!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 8 years of experience in mental health. I previously specialized in counseling teenagers and young adults and have specialized training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Even while providing comprehensive care, she has found that something is missing in traditional medicine.
