I am a Board Certified Family Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner which includes care of: Pediatrics- ages 4- 12, teens 13- 18, adults and seniors. Are you looking for a provider who will listen, not just prescribe and send you on your way? I provide a comprehensive evaluation and will initiate medication management on your first visit. Follow up appointments consist of medication management as well as counseling, however, should you already have a therapist I can augment this or provide you with medications only. I have almost 20 years of clinical experience with psychopharmacology and will work with you until we reach symptom control.
There are those who are suffering with the additional issue of a substance use disorder and may be in dire need of help. Some are people in recovery who have relapsed and may be reluctant to reach out. I specialize in addiction medicine and can offer individualized supportive medications, counseling and referrals when needed.
Please do not allow finances to become a deterrent to treatment. I offer a sliding scale to those in need, to offset the monetary constraints. I am here for you when you are ready so please reach out. I look forward to meeting you and talking with you, either virtually or in office.
