I provide evidence-based psychotherapy informed by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) techniques for OCD and anxiety. Together, we'll build practical, real-world skills to help you manage depression, anxiety, trauma, and OCD. Upon request, I also weave Christian spirituality and faith-based practices into our sessions. This is always optional, and your treatment will be tailored to your unique goals, values, and preferences.
At Lantern in the Dark, I offer psychiatric medication management and dedicated psychotherapy tailored to your needs. Whether we use CBT-informed approaches, ERP, medication, or a combination, my goal is lasting recovery and practical skills. Please note: I do not prescribe controlled substances, including benzodiazepines or stimulant medications.
