That interest has led me on all sorts of adventures in learning how we evolve into such unique individuals. Medical school was my goal since kindergarten – it’s true! Psychiatry and the bio-psycho-social approach, which takes into account every aspect of an individual’s life, is the field of medicine that makes the most sense to me. As an integrative psychiatrist I am open to both traditional approaches and complementary/alternative approaches to wholeness and healing.

I approach all clients with curiosity and an open mind, using psychotherapeutic modalities centered in mindfulness and current evidence-based treatment.
