"I treat a range of psychiatric conditions - from depression, stress reactions, bipolar disorder, anxiety and panic to ADHD and sleep disorders. I like to individualize treatment to each patient's needs, and to use feedback from my patients to improve their outcome. I have been in practice for over 30 years and find a combination of tailored medication management and CBT therapy works best. In light of COVID-19 precautions, I do provide virtual care for evaluation, therapy and medication management to protect your safety. Should you desire in-office care, I have a large office with lobby to provide the needed six-foot distances. "

"** Limited Availability / Wait List ** The first provision in the code of ethics for nurses is to practice with compassion and respect for the inherent dignity, worth and unique attributes of every person. You are the expert of you, and you understand most fully your experiences and concerns and how they inform your healthcare needs. It is unfortunate and all too common that people who enter psychiatric care do not feel heard by their providers or have concerns or questions that remain unanswered after the session ends. It is my goal that my clients always feel heard."

"I hold certification General Adult Psychiatry as well as in Integrative and Holistic Medicine and was trained in the bio-psycho-social model of human development. I offer primarily medication management and will enjoy working in coordination with your usual therapist and when necessary, with physicians of other specialties. I often incorporate knowledge from my integrative and holistic background, including Asian theories of health, with more conventional care of patients. My preferred style of medication management is to carefully seek the lowest doses that are still consistent with full return of function. In selected cases I may add acupuncture to conventional treatment modalities."
