Things are tough all over! It can be hard to ask for & find help. I’m a warm, compassionate, Psychiatric Clinical Nurse Specialist in solo practice. I ONLY do "talk therapy,” using a combination of evidence based methods. I do NOT provide OR refill medications OR prescriptions! Dr. Jenny Joseph is a board-certified adult psychiatrist who specializes in medication management for a variety of psychiatric conditions. She completed medical school at St. George’s University School of Medicine and completed her adult psychiatry residency training at New York Medical College at Metropolitan Hospital Center. She has worked with an array of patient populations and treats conditions including mood, anxiety, and psychotic disorders.

Dr. Sheena Dohar is a board certified general psychiatrist. Before joining Talkiatry, she practiced extensively in community mental health with adults of all ages in both outpatient and inpatient settings and as the medical director of several intensive outpatient and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) based programs. She has experience in private practice and in the dual diagnoses of mental health and substance abuse disorders.

I am currently scheduling new patients for initial psychiatric evaluations and medication management. We additionally have psychotherapists (within our network at Rittenhouse Psychiatric Associates) whom we collaborate with if indicated. I have over a decade of experience working in the mental health field, including working as a mental health resource specialist at Massachusetts General Hospital (2003-2008), The Johns Hopkins Hospital in both clinical and supervisor roles (2009-2012) and have instructed at The University of Pennsylvania (where I completed my training including certification to prescribe psychiatric medications).

Dr. Sophia Monsour holds the position of Chief Psychiatrist for Pennsylvania at Talkiatry. After completing residency in 2013 at Albany Medical Center, she has spent the past 9 years fulfilling her passion for integrated and specialty care for adults suffering from mental illness. Her years of experience has included working as an integrated care Psychiatrist at a community health center, a medical director of a Partial Hospital and Intensive Outpatient Program (PHP/IOP), and also working for an Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACT) specializing in the Serious Mentally Ill (SMI) population.
