I provide psychiatric medication management to ages 18-65 to help people through their mental health struggles. I have experience working as a mental health nurse - at Bay Cove Crisis Stabilization Unit, as a nurse for Town of Barnstable Public Health, and as a med-surg nurse in the hospital setting. I have a degree in biology and studied Medical Epidemiology. I love talking to patients about their health and on how to improve it!
I provide individualized, whole-person psychiatry. This means that in addition to medication, treatment goals should typically include creating and maintaining healthy lifestyle habits. Such habits might include getting a good night's sleep, better eating habits, moving more, and incorporating things into your life that bring you peace.
