As a dual-certified Nurse Practitioner with over nine years of patient care experience, I bring a compassionate, holistic approach to mental health care. I hold a Master of Science in Nursing with a concentration in Adult-Gerontology Primary Care from Johns Hopkins University, as well as a Post-Master’s Certificate in Psychiatry from Wilkes University. My combined education and experience have shaped my mission: to provide complete, individualized care that nurtures both mind and body.
Since 2013, I’ve specialized in treating adults and children experiencing depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, sleep issues, substance use disorders, and adjustment difficulties related to life changes. My ideal client is someone ready to prioritize their mental well-being and seeks a safe, judgment-free space to be heard, understood, and supported.
In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other in a supportive and nonjudgmental space. I’ll complete a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, listen to your concerns, and explore your mental health history, symptoms, and goals. Together, we’ll begin building a personalized treatment plan, whether that includes medication, therapy referrals.
