About
The clients that I see the most are children and adolescents as that is where the greatest need is currently, but I still truly enjoy with adults asl well. My clients are struggling with stressors and mental health conditions like depression, anxiety, psychosis, etc. My clients are looking for a strong therapeutic connection and someone they trust to recommend lifestyle changes and medications if needed. They are hoping to make a positive change in their lives, whether that is through therapy, lifestyle changes and/or medications. They want to work collaboratively with a physician on reaching their goals to feel healthy and happy.
I offer therapy and medication management to kids and adults; I love therapy so much that there will likely be some therapeutic elements even in med management sessions. With my general pediatrics background, I can also offer insight into managing stress or mental health conditions related to chronic medical issues like diabetes and many others.
I am a down-to-earth, caring person, and I want to help you grow and achieve your goals. Doctors can seem intimidating, and reaching out for help can be scary, but I hope talking with me is easy and together we can figure out the best treatment plan for you.
