I’m Dr. Grant and I’m a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) trained in both medication management and psychotherapy.  I treat a variety of conditions including (but not limited to) anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, ADHD, OCD, and psychosis. I also have a particular passion for functional and reproductive psychiatry, including working with clients in the pre-conception, pregnancy, and post-partum stages of life.

I am a dually licensed Certified Nurse Midwife and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I have over fifteen years experience working with pregnant/postpartum families and five years experience caring for persons experiencing anxiety and depression in all stages of life. I specialize in preconception, pregnancy, birth trauma, postpartum mood and anxiety disorders, mental health in menopause and every stage in between. If you were born with a uterus, whether or not you identify as female, I am here to support your mental health journey.

Dr. Gomez is comfortable with a wide range of psychiatric diagnoses, with an emerging focus on women's reproductive mental health (including infertility, pregnancy loss, premenstrual mood disorders, mental health conditions during pregnancy and postpartum mental health). Other areas of interest include burnout, health care worker/ first responder specific stressors, generalized and social anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, eating disorders (w/therapist and registered dietician), acute trauma, gender and sexuality exploration and ADHD.

**Accepting New Clients** I am the sole owner and provider of a small practice in South Salem. In my practice, I see clients from 14+ for the diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation of mental illnesses. I offer brief therapy with specific goals, I use an adaptive modality to focus on each individual client's need at the time. In addition, I also prescribe and manage medications both in person at my brick and mortar practice, and given the advances in security and communication via telepsychiatry appointments scheduled via my office staff with established clients as Oregonian law stipulates at least every six months that we meet.
