Jasmine also delivers effective & personalized responses. She provides treatment for adolescents and adults, ages 13 to 65+. Jasmine treats most psychiatric disorders & provide medication management and brief psychotherapy. Conventionally and holistically trained, I'm a psychiatrist also certified in Functional Medicine. Applying an integrative and functional approach to psychiatry provides a more complete model to treating chronic illness. We partner to evaluate how your unique biology, history, lifestyle and environment are contributing to disease. I am currently accepting women and teens that need support related to focusing, organization and time planning challenges. I offer a dynamic three or four month process of: 1) assessing to the extent possible whether ADHD and/or other mental health conditions exist, 2) identifying your personal strengths and challenges related to organizational and time management, and 3) do a 'deep dive' into what many call executive function skills of the brain and explore what external supports strengthen these abilities for you.

With a background a Nurse Midwife, I have special interest in serving clients who are pregnant, postpartum, experiencing perinatal loss or fertility challenges, or affected by hormonal changes. I bring a comprehensive understanding of reproductive and physical health to assist clients in weighing options for care and building a treatment plan that is consistent with their goals and values.

I am nationally board certified in psychopharmacology and psychotherapeutic techniques that focus on a holistic treatment approach for each patient. This individualized treatment prioritizes the important mind body connection we humans share.
