Dr. Aguirre is a Board-Certified Psychiatrist who opened his practice, Park Valley Behavioral Health Care in 1999 and has provided the Wheeling area with mental health services for 20 years. Dr. Aguirre attended medical school at Cayetano Heredia Peruvian University, completed his psychiatric residency at Illinois State Psychiatric Institute, and pursued a fellowship in child psychiatry at Western Psychiatric Institute and Clinic of Pittsburgh. With over 40 years of experience in psychiatry, Dr. Aguirre has worked in a variety of settings including inpatient and outpatient, as well as residential and correction facilities.

Welcome! My name is Kerry and I am excited to get to know you. I have been a nurse since 2013 and a nurse practitioner since 2020. I live in the beautiful Eastern panhandle of WV with my spouse and 3 children. In my personal time I enjoy traveling, spending time outdoors, watching my daughter play soccer, reading, and going to music concerts and festivals. I am a big animal lover and have 6 dogs and 3 cats. As a hobby I run my own travel advisor business.

Linda Sue Bonnette is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with many years of experience in Primary Care. She has practiced holistic care and sees the need for more available mental health care. Because of this, she is branching out to better serve the community. She was born and raised in West Virginia and has worked in West Virginia as well as neighboring Maryland.

I incorporate evidence-based medication management with psychotherapy. I graduated from Ohio University with my Bachelor’s degree in nursing then went on to complete my Master’s degree. I am licensed in Ohio, WV, Washington, Massachusetts, Oregon and Colorado. I accept many commercial health plans and cash pay. I do not accept medicaid/medicare.

I graduated with my Associate's degree in 2010. Prior to obtaining my nurse practitioner license in 2020 I spent most of my nursing career working in the mental health field. I have worked in acute crisis settings, outpatient settings, inpatient settings and with populations that include: severely mentally ill, forensics, dual diagnostic, substance abuse, pediatrics, adolescents, adults and geriatrics. This experience has been invaluable to me in my role as a provider, enabling me to interact comfortably with individuals of all ages and needs. Through compassionate, genuine care I build trusting relationships with my clients.
