I joyfully see clients throughout the whole life span, ranging from ages 5 and up. I treat ADHD, ODD, DMDD, PTSD, OCD, Bipolar Disorder, MDD, GAD, cyclothymic disorder, sleep disorders, and intermittent explosive disorders. Also, I am a Health & Wellness Practitioner/Coach where I help people to achieve their optimal and healthy weight, but most importantly help people focus on obtaining a healthy mind and healthy body for life. I am also a licensed and ordained Elder of a church, who truly walks by faith and not by sight.

I am passionate about mental health and wellness, and I love working together with my clients to help them feel like the best version of themselves. I have treated clients throughout the lifespan, and while I primarily work with children and adolescents, I am currently accepting both pediatric and adult clients up to age 65. I am currently treating depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, bipolar/mood disorders, ADHD, and behavioral disorders. Bethany is a certified Physician Assistant specializing in child/adolescent and adult psychiatry. Bethany strives to help her patients reach their goals for their mental health by utilizing a holistic approach. She is attentive to each of her patient’s concerns and aims to communicate clear treatment plans and objectives to ensure these needs are met. She has a background in Molecular Medicine and has a passion for staying informed on the latest developments in psychiatric research and treatments. Bethany is currently seeing patients in-person at our Sarasota office or virtually via telepsychiatry.

I am a dual certified nurse practitioner in pediatric primary care and psychiatric mental health, offering integrative mental health treatments (a holistic approach that uses conventional and complimentary therapies to treat psychiatric disorders) to children, adolescents, and young adults. I have experience working with individuals who have anxiety, depression, eating disorders, mood disorders, ADHD, OCD and PTSD, as well as behavioral issues in children and teenagers.
