This passion led me to pursue a career in Psychiatry, where I have dedicated myself to understanding and addressing the diverse challenges that individuals face in their mental health journeys. I enjoy treating children and adults with depression, anxiety, bipolar, ADHD, trauma, and eating disorders.

As a Board-certified M.D. psychiatrist, he specializes in assessing and treating anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, OCD, PTSD and other psychiatric issues. A holistic provider, he combines non-pharmacologic approaches - including psychodynamic psychotherapy and cognitive behavioral therapy - in addition to medication. He utilizes such therapeutic modalities in medication management appointments as well as dedicated therapy sessions. Consequently, patients benefit from well-integrated treatment that is both systematic and thorough.

Dr. Hilary Tesch is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Wisconsin who has been practicing since 2017. Hilary has a Bachelor's in Nursing from Carroll University, a Master's of Nursing from Alverno College, and a Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. Dr. Tesch offers a safe space for clients to have a session focusing on their needs in the moment. Dr. Tesch believes in positive therapeutic rapport, with the client being the expert of their life and needs. Dr. Tesch offers education, therapy, and medication management in all sessions.

The education and experiences of 25+ years, have given me the skills of evaluating and treating a multitude of life situations. I treat clients who are adults, couples, teens, and children. Problems may include marriages that are off track, have communication problems, lack intimacy, affairs; individuals stress in life resulting from divorce, work, family, loss; teens and children with trauma, loss, family changes, difficulties with peers, trouble focusing on school work, change in grades, increasing irritability; families concerned about a family member, having communication struggles, divorce recovery and/or other family trauma.

Christine Foster is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Illinois who has been practicing since 2001. She graduated from Johns Hopkins University for PMHNP and UIC for FNP. Christine's experience is wide and varied, with expertise in child/adolescent psychiatry, ages 5 years and older, adult psychiatry, and substance use disorders. She offers compassionate care and integrity in her professional relationships with children/families and adults, which include pregnant women and those over age 65. Christine is also registered with the Clozapine REMS program.

Dr. Noll is a board-certified counselor and psychiatric nurse practitioner at LifeStance Health-Brookfield location. He treats adults who are dealing with a variety of mental health"? struggles including mood and anxiety spectrum disorders. In addition to outpatient psychiatry he worked at Rogers Behavioral Health from 2014-2022 servicing inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs. Prior to 2014, he worked at Bayview Behavioral Hospital in Corpus Christi, Texas.

Dr. Lauri Lowenbraun is a board certified adult psychiatrist who has been treating patients in the Milwaukee area for over twenty years. Following her residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin, where she served as Chief Resident, she settled locally to provide care for the psychiatric needs in her community. Dr. Lowenbraun enjoys treating a full range of psychiatric conditions in adults 18 years and older. Her primary focus, however, includes the treatment of all mood and anxiety disorders. She further values the supportive therapeutic alliance she establishes with her patients.

Raymond Kloss is a Psychiatrist in Wisconsin who has been practicing since 1992. Raymond treats affective, psychotic, and anxiety disorders in adults. As a specialist in anxiety disorders, he will be working with therapists to help people manage their anxiety to function better in life. Raymond enjoys working with patients to help figure out the best approach and treatment and believes in the combination of medications and therapy. In his free time, Raymond enjoys photography and travel.

I specialize in TMS therapy and see individuals for a course of TMS. This stands for transcranial magnetic stimulation and it is FDA approved and endorsed by the American Psychiatric Association. TMS is ideal to consider if a patient has underwent traditional therapy and medication management but they are still struggling with finding relief from their depressive symptoms. Individuals may still struggle with low mood, lack of interest, low energy, difficulty thinking clearly, sleep and appetite disturbances and more. Dr. Vanden Noven is a Board-Certified psychiatrist in both General Psychiatry and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. She graduated from medical school at the University of Toledo in 2007 and then relocated to Milwaukee for psychiatric training. She completed her general psychiatry residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin in 2011. She then completed an additional two years of fellowship training in child and adolescent psychiatry, also at the Medical College of Wisconsin. Dr. Vanden Noven treats children, adolescents, and adults with a wide variety of psychiatric conditions.

Andrew Sievila is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Clinical Nurse Specialist in Wisconsin who has been practicing since 2014. He has a Bachelor’s in Psychology from University of Wisconsin and a Master’s of Science in Nursing from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Andrew served more than 10 years in the Army and was deployed to Iraq between 2006-2007. He has extensive experience as well working with veterans who are struggling with depression, anxiety, and PTSD. Andrew likes to incorporate non-medication options for clients as well to help improve their mental health.
