Lissa (she/they) is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC) as well as a certified yoga, qigong, and meditation teacher. Lissa provides psychiatric evaluation, psychopharmacology, and body-centered and mindfulness-based psychotherapy to those who are aged 15 and older. Lissa works collaboratively with each client to find a supportive holistic and integrative approach. As an independent psychiatric medical provider, she diagnoses and provides medication management for mental health disorders including ADHD, bipolar mood disorder, PTSD, depression and anxiety. She also uses cutting edge technology, such as the Alpha-Stim medical device, to optimize patient outcomes.
