I have extensive experience in sophisticated psychiatric evaluation and treatment in my private practice and am double board certified in general psychiatry and addiction psychiatry. I help my patients with problems such as mood disorders, anxiety, eating issues, ADHD and substance abuse. I am a graduate of Barnard Colllege at Columbia University and New York Medical College for my MD degree. I treat patients with state of the art medication and practical, effective psychotherapy including psychodynamic, CBT, motivational therapy and harm reduction approaches as well as abstinence goals.

Dolores Joseph is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. Dolores earned her doctorate at New York University, specializing in psychopharmacology for mood and anxiety disorders, attentional issues, and enhancing wellness. Dolores has a treatment philosophy geared towards helping all of her clients maximize their potential in all spheres of life (personal, professional, and creative). She provides a customized approach individualized for each client. Dolores focuses on the individual as a whole to promote life satisfaction.

I am a board certified psychiatrist with a telepsychiatric practice seeing patients in Florida and NY. I am licensed in Both Florida and New York states. My concierge practice specializes in medication management to treat psychiatric issues including ADHD, anxiety, depression, and all other psychiatric needs of the patient. I approach each client in a nonjudgmental manner to help decrease and eliminate symptoms and achieve treatment goals. About the Provider: I am a Board Certified, Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, (PMHNP-BC). I obtained my prfessional degree from Walden University. Over the years, I had professional affiliations with reputable mental health facilities including Bakersfield behavior, John George psych and more. I treat children and adults affected by various mental illness with care and compassion. I utilize Evidence Based Practice model to make treatment choices. I am specialized in treating ADHD, depression, anxiety and mood instability. Stimulant and non stimulant treatment are available. I do conduct ADHD screening and testing before treatment.

I offer combined medication management and psychotherapy. The Whole Circle approach is informed by a reverence for the power of narrative and the transpersonal. My holistic training in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy allows me to create a safe space that includes a spiritually-intentional set and setting for each journey I facilitate. My background in narrative therapy informs my view of structures of oppression and modern power and helps empower those who consult me to take primary authorship in writing the story of their lives.
