My concierge practice specializes in medication management to treat psychiatric issues including ADHD, anxiety, depression, and all other psychiatric needs of the patient. I approach each client in a nonjudgmental manner to help decrease and eliminate symptoms and achieve treatment goals. I integrate complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each individual.

About the Provider: I am a Board Certified, Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, (PMHNP-BC). I obtained my prfessional degree from Walden University. Over the years, I had professional affiliations with reputable mental health facilities including Bakersfield behavior, John George psych and more. I treat children and adults affected by various mental illness with care and compassion. I utilize Evidence Based Practice model to make treatment choices. I am specialized in treating ADHD, depression, anxiety and mood instability. Stimulant and non stimulant treatment are available. I do conduct ADHD screening and testing before treatment.

I am a psychiatric nurse practitioner with experience in psychopharmacology and medication management. I provide medication management and therapy in a single appointment to save you time and money. Dr. Rodriguez is a board-certified Columbia-trained psychiatrist who graduated from Stanford with honors and distinction and from UCSF with MD and PhD degrees. He completed adult psychiatry residency training at Columbia University, and he is currently a research fellow. He has completed trainings in couples therapy, psychedelic psychotherapy, and integrative psychiatry. He specializes in treatment for depression, anxiety, trauma, and addiction.

I have grown into tele-psychiatry with my patients and they love it!. It’s ideal for psychiatric medication management but I do spend an hour each month with my people and am available 24/7 directly to me between visits for any questions or concerns that might arise. We do set goals and work together towards them often in concert with psychotherapists and/or 1:1. I specialize in all mood disorders, thought disorders, and substance use disorders. Fahimir Jean-Baptiste, is an ANCC board certified Psychiatrist Mental Nurse Practitioner. Fahimir has her Master of science in Nursing from Hofstra University School and has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Molloy College. Her clinical career took her on a journey through the healthcare system, from inpatient to outpatient settings. She manages and treats a wide range of mental health concerns including Major depressive disorder, anxiety disorders, and ADHD.

I believe in treating people like human beings and looking at the whole picture. Often patients who use substances are self medicating another problem. I would like to help them get to the root of that problem. So many providers only look at one problem while ignoring the rest. I fiercely believe in patient centered care. I believe that a focus and orientation towards mental wellness is more beneficial than addressing client's symptoms through a mental illness lens.
