I am a board-certified Pediatric and Adult Psychiatrist. Harvard, Mount Sinai, and Yale-trained, I have over twenty years of experience in psychopharmacology and psychotherapy working with complex cases in a variety of clinical settings. I have a holistic and integrative approach to my practice using art, positive psychiatry and mindfulness approaches. I use strength-based approaches to help you become more resilient and optimistic. I’m an artist (Parson’s grad) with a special interest in creativity and the arts as a healing modality. I work with professionals with burnout, depression, anxiety, and stress-related disorders.

I offer combined medication management and psychotherapy. The Whole Circle approach is informed by a reverence for the power of narrative and the transpersonal. My holistic training in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy allows me to create a safe space that includes a spiritually-intentional set and setting for each journey I facilitate. My background in narrative therapy informs my view of structures of oppression and modern power and helps empower those who consult me to take primary authorship in writing the story of their lives. Day-to-day life does not have to be THIS hard. For the last 6 years, I provided both therapy and medication management to adults (25+) living with Depression, Anxiety, and PTSD (NY and MA only). I am also trained to provide Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy. Hope is a board certified Family nurse practitioner who also specializes as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP), with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP). She is passionate about providing quality, compassionate, and comprehensive mental health services to adults. Hope possesses strong clinical skills enhanced by natural ability to build rapport with patients. She follows evidence-based guidelines blended with clinical experience, personal observation, and intuition.

I am Douglas A Reed, a doctorally prepared advanced practice nurse. I am certified as a family and psychiatric nurse practitioner, for which I've been in practice for more than five years, working in outpatient settings. My therapy approach is holistic, integrative, and collaborative prioritizing the client's needs to develop a patient-centered treatment plan. I use an evidence-based and patient-centered approach to providing care to clients. The client-provider relationship is paramount; therefore, I engage in psychodynamic principles to build a strong foundation between myself and the client.
