In addition, I offer treatment with buprenorphine (Suboxone) and extended-release naltrexone (Vivitrol) to help people with heroin or prescription opioid problems.

He has worked in both clinical and administrative roles at Bellevue and Mount Sinai Hospitals, and Jacobi Medical Center. James has also worked in the psychiatric emergency room at Coney Island Hospital.

Robert Terrelonge, APRN, PMHNP is a licensed Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in private practice in New York. As a Nurse Practitioner, Mr. Terrelonge sees patients independently and offers many of the same services as a Psychiatrist, yet combines both medical and nursing perspectives.
