Respectively, I practice psychoanalytic psychotherapy, an approach that most therapists choose for themselves because it is so transformative. It is particularly helpful for long-term and difficult-to-change issues, providing long-lasting growth and psychic relief. While I won't give you "tools" or homework, I will help you foster new ways to listen to your soul so you can create a satisfactory life worth living.

It has always been my dream to have my own practice and I thank God that it is finally happening. My personal philosophy in life is to put God first, being thankful for all that I have, to always be kind to others even if it is seen by some as weakness, always be empathic, to look at my struggles as an opportunity for self-improvement and an opportunity to help others and finally to be a beacon of light to all who cross my path For my patients, I desire to travel with them on their journey as they navigate their way through life.

I am a board-certified adult and geriatric psychiatrist. I utilize a compassionate, collaborative, and recovery-oriented approach to support each of my patients in living meaningful and sustainably healthy lives. I offer psychotherapy and medication management approaches where appropriate. I work with adults of all ages and treat a wide variety of concerns including anxiety disorders, mood disorders including depression and bipolar disorder, ADHD, OCD, and interpersonal challenges.
