I am a board-certified Pediatric and Adult Psychiatrist. Harvard, Mount Sinai, and Yale-trained, I have over twenty years of experience in psychopharmacology and psychotherapy working with complex cases in a variety of clinical settings. I have a holistic and integrative approach to my practice using art, positive psychiatry and mindfulness approaches. I use strength-based approaches to help you become more resilient and optimistic. I’m an artist (Parson’s grad) with a special interest in creativity and the arts as a healing modality. I work with professionals with burnout, depression, anxiety, and stress-related disorders.

I have spent the last 7 years providing care for all mental health and substance use disorders. Utilizing psychotherapy (REBT/CBT/DBT/MI). I am a board certified psychiatrist with a telepsychiatric practice seeing patients in Florida and NY. I am licensed in Both Florida and New York states. My concierge practice specializes in medication management to treat psychiatric issues including ADHD, anxiety, depression, and all other psychiatric needs of the patient. I approach each client in a nonjudgmental manner to help decrease and eliminate symptoms and achieve treatment goals. I integrate complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each individual.

Dr. Rodriguez is a board-certified Columbia-trained psychiatrist who graduated from Stanford with honors and distinction and from UCSF with MD and PhD degrees. He completed adult psychiatry residency training at Columbia University, and he is currently a research fellow. He has completed trainings in couples therapy, psychedelic psychotherapy, and integrative psychiatry. He specializes in treatment for depression, anxiety, trauma, and addiction.

About the Provider: I am a Board Certified, Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, (PMHNP-BC). I obtained my prfessional degree from Walden University. Over the years, I had professional affiliations with reputable mental health facilities including Bakersfield behavior, John George psych and more. I treat children and adults affected by various mental illness with care and compassion. I utilize Evidence Based Practice model to make treatment choices. I am specialized in treating ADHD, depression, anxiety and mood instability. Stimulant and non stimulant treatment are available. I do conduct ADHD screening and testing before treatment.

I am a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner in Psychiatric Mental Health and Adult Health Care in New York State, and now presiding at SilverLife NP Care. I have been trained and specialized in QEEG, Neurofeedback, Medication Management, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Trans-cranial Magnetic Stimulate Therapy. Having believed that brain health is connected to state of total physical, mental, and social well-being, I will develop and customize a unique treatment plan for each individual recovery/remission, and provide the best quality care to all my clients.

My interest in medicine can be traced back to my early childhood. I come from a family with several generations of physicians. My father, a pediatrician, had the greatest influence on me. What amazed me the most about him was the amount of care and genuine concern that he demonstrated for his patients, which in my mind are essential for an ideal physician. I received my bachelors degree from Columbia University, majoring in psychology. Vincent Van Gogh once said: "After all there is nothing in the world as interesting as people, and one can never study them enough."

I am a very experienced clinician, providing individualized treatment based on thorough assessment and refers you to therapists who would be a better match for you. I have trained at Cornell and Columbia and I am on the faculty at both places. I am a training and supervising analyst at Columbia and am expert in TFP (Transference Focused Psychotherapy).

As an independent psychiatric medical provider, she diagnoses and provides medication management for mental health disorders including ADHD, bipolar mood disorder, PTSD, depression and anxiety. She also uses cutting edge technology, such as the Alpha-Stim medical device, to optimize patient outcomes. Claire's belief is that the most effective care is achieved when the patient and provider collaborate to form treatment plans together.
