My name is Anita Lopes, and I am a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with Luminous Psychiatric, a group of professionals dedicated to providing access to health and wellness solutions to those in need. Our group believes that while telehealth is making access to healthcare readily available, we only accept patients that can safely be treated remotely. Suitable mental and behavioral conditions for tele-healthcare are depression, anxiety disorders, ADHD, and certain mood disorders.

She then earned her degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Touro College, NY. Furthermore, she enhanced her education by completing her MBA in Health Management from Hofstra University in Uniondale, NY. Arashinder Dhaliwal has 10+ years of experience working with wide range of mental health issues. He believes that a thorough assessment of all aspects of mental health followed by collaborative treatment planning is key to successful treatment. He partners with his patients for their treatment goals and strives to provide holistic mental health care using up to date advancements in medications and therapy. He has special interest in anxiety, bipolar disorder, major depressive disorder, first break psychosis, trauma associated mental health disorders and ADHD.

I am a Clinical Assistant Professor in Department of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at NYU Grossman School of Medicine, Inpatient Medical Director at Bellevue Hospital/NYU and Per-diem ER psychiatrist at Cohen's Children Hospital. My professional background involves working in inpatient, outpatient, emergency, and community treatment, catering to individuals across all age groups. Beyond clinical practice, I have actively engaged with national medical organizations and contributed to initiatives supporting both physicians and patients. I have published widely in the form of case reports, systematic reviews, and meta-analysis.
