I am a board-certified family psychiatric/mental health nurse practitioner specializing in female health psychiatry, male health, and adolescent psychiatry. My focus is on health promotion during life transitions such as pregnancy, and childbirth, for both females and males, as well as changes in schools and college admissions for teenagers and adolescents. In my practice, I prioritize establishing a therapeutic partnership built on mutual respect, trust, and self-reflection. My goal is to support and guide you in strengthening and developing skills to navigate current challenges, gain insight into your past, and move to the future.

Valerie is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with over 9 years of nursing experience working with individuals across the lifespan. She believes in offering care customized to each client experience. Her treatment modalities include a combination of psychotherapy and psychopharmacology to create treatment plans that are patient specific. Valerie has been and will continue to be committed to excellence throughout her personal and professional life. Being able to create a space to allow people to feel comfortable enough to get the help they need is one of her prouder accomplishments.

I am a Board Certified Family Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, graduated in 2013 who has a doctorate degree. I have diverse experience in various hospitals and outpatient clinics, with an emphasis on Psychiatry and is good in medication management. I am affiliated with many local hospitals and also collaborates with physicians in different medical groups. I provide compassionate and comprehensive mental health services to young adults and adults who live with Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, Bipolar disorder, psychosis, and depression.
