I am a board certified psychiatrist with a telepsychiatric practice seeing patients in Florida and NY. I am licensed in Both Florida and New York states. My concierge practice specializes in medication management to treat psychiatric issues including ADHD, anxiety, depression, and all other psychiatric needs of the patient. I approach each client in a nonjudgmental manner to help decrease and eliminate symptoms and achieve treatment goals. I integrate complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each individual.

I am a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner in Psychiatric Mental Health and Adult Health Care in New York State, and now presiding at SilverLife NP Care. I have been trained and specialized in QEEG, Neurofeedback, Medication Management, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Trans-cranial Magnetic Stimulate Therapy. Having believed that brain health is connected to state of total physical, mental, and social well-being, I will develop and customize a unique treatment plan for each individual recovery/remission, and provide the best quality care to all my clients.

She is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at NYU Langone Medical Center/ NYU Child Study Center.

Guided by my belief that authentic, meaningful relationships drive high quality care, I partner with our patients and families to first treat psychiatric symptoms, and then move into a preventative approach. I help my patients, both kids or adults, to discover and build on their own strengths, educate them about the science behind how their brains work, and then provide them with the necessary tools to become their own health expert. I am a trained Doctor of Nursing Practice, licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, and Assistant Professor. I completed my psychiatric nurse practitioner training at NYU with a clinical focus in child/adolescent psychiatry. Since then I have worked extensively with adolescents coming out of intensive care programs for psychosis and children/adolescents with neurodiversity. I am also an adjunct faculty at NYU School of Nursing teaching inpatient psychiatric clinicals. I provide various psychiatric assessment and treatment, including psychiatric evaluation, medication management, individual therapy, school collorations and genetic testing. A typical initial evaluation is 90 minutes and the follow-ups are 30 minutes.
