I am a board certified psychiatrist with a telepsychiatric practice seeing patients in Florida and NY. I am licensed in Both Florida and New York states. My concierge practice specializes in medication management to treat psychiatric issues including ADHD, anxiety, depression, and all other psychiatric needs of the patient. I approach each client in a nonjudgmental manner to help decrease and eliminate symptoms and achieve treatment goals. I integrate complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each individual.

About the Provider: I am a Board Certified, Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, (PMHNP-BC). I obtained my prfessional degree from Walden University. Over the years, I had professional affiliations with reputable mental health facilities including Bakersfield behavior, John George psych and more. I treat children and adults affected by various mental illness with care and compassion. I utilize Evidence Based Practice model to make treatment choices. I am specialized in treating ADHD, depression, anxiety and mood instability. Stimulant and non stimulant treatment are available. I do conduct ADHD screening and testing before treatment.

We are all faced with unexpected hurdles at many stages in life. This aspect of human nature makes me a strong advocate for nurturing our mental health from a young age and throughout our lives. I am here to partner with children, adolescents, young adults and their families. I will assist in navigating these challenges, helping remove barriers and accompanying each client as they grow toward their full potential in a way that meets their own unique needs, beliefs and values.

I offer combined medication management and psychotherapy. The Whole Circle approach is informed by a reverence for the power of narrative and the transpersonal. My holistic training in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy allows me to create a safe space that includes a spiritually-intentional set and setting for each journey I facilitate. My interest in medicine can be traced back to my early childhood. I come from a family with several generations of physicians. My father, a pediatrician, had the greatest influence on me. What amazed me the most about him was the amount of care and genuine concern that he demonstrated for his patients, which in my mind are essential for an ideal physician. I received my bachelors degree from Columbia University, majoring in psychology. Vincent Van Gogh once said: "After all there is nothing in the world as interesting as people, and one can never study them enough."

Olga Katz, MD is a Board-Certified Psychiatrist and a recognized expert in treating psychiatric disorders in children, adolescents and adults. As the founder and Medical Director of Crasmere Psychiatric Services for 23 years, Dr. Olga Katz dedicated her career to improving the mental health of her patients. She utilizes bio psychosocial model which allows her to focus on the appropriate medications and psychodynamic psychotherapy to successfully treating the most challenging variety of psychiatric pathologies, including Panic Disorder, ADHD, Mood Disorders, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Social Anxiety Disorder, and PTSD.

Lesego Goba, NP, has mental health clinical experience in multiple settings and is Board Certified to serve adolescents and adults who are faced with mental health challenges within the mood-disorder spectrum, particularly Anxiety, Depression and Bipolar disorder.

Robert Terrelonge, APRN, PMHNP is a licensed Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in private practice in New York. He provides treatment for children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. As a Nurse Practitioner, Mr. Terrelonge sees patients independently and offers many of the same services as a Psychiatrist, yet combines both medical and nursing perspectives. He currently serves Patients in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, and Long Island and uses both office visits and tele-psychiatry to provide easy, affordable and convenient psychotherapy and psychopharmacology.

I started my career at University of Rochester Medical Center and I have 10 years of experience working in psychiatry ranging from outpatient clinics to inpatient settings. I work with children and adolescents as well as adults. I am a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner and I received my master’s degree from the University of Rochester. Since 2019 I have lived and worked as a nurse practitioner in Denver, Colorado and now that I am back in New York, I look forward to help you in your mental health journey.
