My concierge practice specializes in medication management to treat psychiatric issues including ADHD, anxiety, depression, and all other psychiatric needs of the patient. I approach each client in a nonjudgmental manner to help decrease and eliminate symptoms and achieve treatment goals. I integrate complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each individual.

Fahimir Jean-Baptiste, is an ANCC board certified Psychiatrist Mental Nurse Practitioner. Fahimir has her Master of science in Nursing from Hofstra University School and has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Molloy College. Her clinical career took her on a journey through the healthcare system, from inpatient to outpatient settings. She manages and treats a wide range of mental health concerns including Major depressive disorder, anxiety disorders, and ADHD.

My interest in medicine can be traced back to my early childhood. I come from a family with several generations of physicians. My father, a pediatrician, had the greatest influence on me. What amazed me the most about him was the amount of care and genuine concern that he demonstrated for his patients, which in my mind are essential for an ideal physician. I received my bachelors degree from Columbia University, majoring in psychology. Vincent Van Gogh once said: "After all there is nothing in the world as interesting as people, and one can never study them enough."

Victoriya utilizes a culturally competent and holistic approach that is tailored to each client’s individual needs, understanding that everyone’s path to wellbeing is a unique journey. She combines her knowledge of psychopharmacology and psychotherapy to provide each client with a treatment plan that aligns with their goals and lifestyle. I assess, diagnose, prescribe, and treat individuals with mental health needs across the lifespan. I use integrative medicine, an evidence-based, patient-centered approach fusing conventional and complementary interventions together to address the needs of the "whole person." I combine armamentarium of body, psyche, and collective knowledge through relationships and connections within the Universe missioned to unearth deeply rooted issues, promoting healing rather than "band-aiding symptoms."

I specialize in state-of-the-art, outpatient treatment of stress, anxiety and depression. I have extensive experience treating patients with bipolar disorder, mood disorders, PTSD and ADHD. Most of my patients work, go to school and are able to live their lives, but have issues that "get in their way." Others experience more significant distress. I treat each person with what he or she needs, whether it is with talk therapy medicine, or a combination of both, as needed. I do not insist my patients stay in therapy for years, as independence is our mutual goal.
