I have been a Registered Nurse for 12+ years and a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner for 4+ years, and my mission is to improve your life. My specialties include the treatment of anxiety, depression, and ADHD for adults, and older adults. I view psychiatry through a holistic standpoint, in which I use the mind and the body to help you get to the wellness that you so deserve.
At the first session, you can expect a nonjudgemental and an easy-going conversation to build up a therapeutic alliance. At the moment, I practice entirely over tele-health, giving us the flexibility to connect conveniently and safely.
