As well as psychodynamic training Dr Reddy also has a background in integrative psychiatry and treatment resistance.

She screens all patients for medical, endocrine and nutritional factors which may be exacerbating symptoms, as well as environmental, occupational, family and past trauma/psychodynamic factors.
Dr. Reddy believes it is not a small decision to take psychiatric medication. She always takes the time to evaluate for reasons for past and present treatment failure. Dr. Reddy states that careful titration is needed to choose the correct medication and ensure maximum effect with minimum side effect profile.
