I founded my practice to specialize in treating the family including children, adolescents, adults and older adults with or who believe they may have difficulty with Psychiatric and Mental Health challenges. I have practiced as a Registered Nurse in an array of specialties for over 31 years. I also have specialized in Psychiatric, Mental Health and Addictions treatment for the past 14 years. As a solution focused Psychiatric and Mental Health Advanced Nurse Practitioner, it's my goal to assist you in reducing symptoms that impact your ability to function at home, at work, at school or at play.

Dr. Jennifer Dismukes, DO combines exceptional knowledge and skills with compassionate therapeutic services. Yvonne Lee is board certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in New Jersey. She obtained a Master of Science in Nursing from Regis University and a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Massachusetts Boston. Her previous experience includes Jefferson Health's Intensive Outpatient Program and Partial Hospitalization Program for children and adolescents, and outpatient medication management for adolescents and adults.

I am a board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner who takes an integrative, patient-centered, holistic approach to mental health. I work with both children and adults. Dr. Irene Mazur graduated with honors from the Ternopol Medical School in Ternopol, Ukraine, in 1992. After her move to the US, she completed a Psychiatry Residency program and a Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship in in UMDNJ, Piscataway, NJ. Her area of expertise include: autism, aggression, developmental delay, ADHD, depression, and PTSD. In 2023, Dr. Mazur had received well-deserved recognition and was acknowledged as a Top Pinnacle Professional for her contributions to the field of Psychiatry.

I am a Board-Certified Psychiatrist. After I completed Medical School at Temple University in PA, I matriculated to a Psychiatry Residency at Harlem Hospital, NY and a Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship in Newark, NJ.
