I am Dr. Osman Jalloh (DNP), a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and an Adult Nurse Practitioner. My approach to mental health is addressing the person and pinpointing how their mental, physical, spiritual, and psychosocial well-being may contribute to their mental wellness. Private pay rates are $150 for follow-up and $275 for initial evaluation.
