All Services are offered in person and via Tele Health. We are specialized in depression, anxiety, bipolar, PTSD, ADHD, addictions, sexuality, relationships and weight issues. Our psychiatrist combines medication, supplements and bio identical hormones in order to address the symptoms and their origin. We will match you with the best therapeutic approach based on your symptoms, preferences and personality: psychodynamic, cognitive, behavioral, Christian counseling or life coaching. We also offer outpatient detoxification for different drugs of abuse and alcohol, combined with counseling for relapse prevention and coping skills.

I have my Doctorates and am board certified in family psychiatry with experience in all ages, especially children. My team and I specialize in child and adolescent psychiatry but have also seen adult clients for nearly 20 years. The bulk of our practice has been anxiety, ADHD and mood disorders in children, adolescents and adults. We have extensive experience with medication management of all levels of pathology from simple trouble focusing in school to suicidal or self-injurious behavior. We also work with special services schools to successfully reduce symptoms related to intellectual disability, mild to severe autism and/or developmental delays. Additionally, another specialty of ours is court-ordered psychiatric evaluations.

Welcome! I am a Rutgers University educated Board Certified Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner specializing in Medication management and Psychotherapy. My over 10years experience in clinical practice and experience enable me in addressing both personal and systematic problems of each individual. I take cognizance of the whole individual in my treatment focus with an emphasis on every aspect of the individual functioning and existence. In so doing, a unique and integrative treatment plan for each individual is formulated to enhance adequate functioning of all encountered individuals.

Dr Ayodele Green is a Board-Certified psychiatrist who completed her undergraduate degree at Columbia University. She obtained her MD from Temple University School of Medicine in NJ. She completed her residency in Psychiatry at Harlem Hospital of Columbia University and completed a fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at UMDNJ(Rutgers) in Newark NJ. Her methods are patient centered and holistic. Dr. Green accepts patients that have insurance and will file Out of Network Claims on behalf of patients so that they can be reimbursed. She also offers a sliding scale fee and is accepting new patients.

Ideally my patient is invested in their treatment as much a I am. I offer medication management, as well therapy. My patients want to feel heard and seek treatment that is evidenced based that meets ones specific needs.

Dr. Irene Mazur graduated with honors from the Ternopol Medical School in Ternopol, Ukraine, in 1992. After her move to the US, she completed a Psychiatry Residency program and a Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship in in UMDNJ, Piscataway, NJ. Her area of expertise include: autism, aggression, developmental delay, ADHD, depression, and PTSD. In 2023, Dr. Mazur had received well-deserved recognition and was acknowledged as a Top Pinnacle Professional for her contributions to the field of Psychiatry.

My end goal is to restore and solidify feelings of stability and well-being into the lives of each and every single one of my clients. I work hard to advocate for all of my clients, especially those that struggle to be heard or well-respected. As a board-certified nurse in family psychiatry and a Doctorate in Nursing Practice in psychiatry, I have garnered extensive experience in evidence-based patient-oriented practice. I have worked in this field for over 13 years with experience at different nursing levels and a strong grasp of holistic mental heath care.
