I am a Board Certified Psychiatrist with over a decade of clinical experience. I hold advanced degrees from Wellesley College, YaIe University, and Stony Brook School of Medicine. Dr. Regina Inokon, DNP, is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner from Union, New Jersey who works with adults and adolescents and provides care for patients who struggle with anxiety and depression. Dr. Regina has extensive experience with cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and has been a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner for almost 4 years. Dr. Regina's treatment approach is rooted in evidence-based practices that focus on the mind-body connection.
