Also, I am a board-certified, UCSF and Yale trained adult psychiatrist with expertise in the treatment of trauma. I’m the Co-founder of Nema Health, a telehealth practice that offers effective and research-backed care for trauma survivors. We currently offer Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), a first-line treatment endorsed by the National Center for PTSD. 90% of our patients experience clinical improvement in their trauma symptoms.

Hello, I'm Dani, a Family Nurse Practitioner with certifications in Geriatrics and Counseling. My goal is to ensure that patients have easy and immediate access to healthcare. When requested by my patients, I combine conventional medications with functional and integrative medicine approaches to address concerns like anxiety, depression, and ADHD. I'm passionate about empowering individuals to find their own motivation for a healthy life. Hello, I am Dr. Shilin Pandya, Board Certified Psychiatrist. I have been helping people just like you for many years. I concentrate on treating the whole patient and not just the symptoms of a problem. This holistic approach takes into account any factors affecting you - culture, job, school, medical issues, family, religion, sleep, appetite, past trauma, etc. Issues that are unique to every human being and require individual attention and treatment. The goal of each visit is to leave you empowered to live a more content life.

I am a board certified psychiatrist specializing in both adult psychiatry and psychosomatic medicine. My areas of particular interest and expertise include medication simplification, issues related to chronic illness and death anxiety, as well as broader issues related to anxiety, addiction, depression, trauma, anger, and relationships. My approach in session is largely integrative, heavily informed by psychoanalytic, cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral, and relational life therapy concepts. I am a member of the Academy of Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry and have been recognized as one of New Jersey's Best in Medicine.

For every problem, there are solutions: I have witnessed personal change, growth at any age. Together we identify the issue(s), talking support CBT therapy and/or medication including natural complementary, exercises, work coaching. For fees, I work flexibly with those patients who have out of network coverage so they are reimbursed.
