Hello, I’m Dr. Jordan Metsky, a double Board Certified child and adult psychiatrist. I am currently welcoming new patients into my practice including children, teens, and adults and can get you or your child scheduled from our initial phone call. My areas of expertise include treating depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, and tics. I evaluate and treat autism and ADHD in children and adults and I can work with your child's school to help get them the accommodations they need to succeed. I offer patients psychiatric medication as well as other non-pharmacologic treatment options.

I treat a spectrum of psychiatric and psychological concerns, focusing on issues such as depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder, as well as challenges such as relationship difficulties, life transitions, personal fulfillment, and identity. My approach is generally thoughtful, individualized, and empathetic. I offer a psychotherapy that has potential to be deep, meaningful, and rewarding. For those who may benefit from psychiatric medication, I use a collaborative approach when deciding on medications and their utility.

Here at the Venn Center, we offer patients a unique therapeutic experience. I conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments, as well as provide both individual and group psychotherapy to clients of all ages. I also offer pharmacotherapy and medication management when appropriate. That being said, 25% of my patients are not on any medication since I employ non-medicinal interventions that help remediate psychiatric symptoms whenever possible. Offering these complementary services allows the clients I work with to feel empowered in their desire for change toward a healthier way of being.
