I'm passionate about helping survivors recover from trauma, and absolutely love caring for patients. I take a relational, warm, and supportive approach to your treatment. Also, I am a board-certified, UCSF and Yale trained adult psychiatrist with expertise in the treatment of trauma. I’m the Co-founder of Nema Health, a telehealth practice that offers effective and research-backed care for trauma survivors. We currently offer Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), a first-line treatment endorsed by the National Center for PTSD. 90% of our patients experience clinical improvement in their trauma symptoms.

Hello, I am Dr. Shilin Pandya, Board Certified Psychiatrist. I have been helping people just like you for many years. I concentrate on treating the whole patient and not just the symptoms of a problem. This holistic approach takes into account any factors affecting you - culture, job, school, medical issues, family, religion, sleep, appetite, past trauma, etc. Issues that are unique to every human being and require individual attention and treatment. The goal of each visit is to leave you empowered to live a more content life.

Every person is multidimensional, and we believe healthcare should reflect the uniqueness of each individual. At Nurture Psychiatry we do not see you within the limitations of a diagnosis. Instead, we make an effort to understand your thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and how you interpret and interact with the world. We utilize a holistic and collaborative approach, incorporating other members of your healthcare team as needed. We aim to provide support and guidance to help people to retrain their minds and in turn reframe their lives.

For every problem, there are solutions: I have witnessed personal change, growth at any age. For children: identity and learning; for adults work/other responsibilities, or staying active and fully enjoying the wisdom of a mature life. Together we identify the issue(s), talking support CBT therapy and/or medication including natural complementary, exercises, work coaching. For fees, I work flexibly with those patients who have out of network coverage so they are reimbursed.

Harmony Bay is a psychiatry and therapy office that provides primary mental health treatment programs for psychiatric conditions such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and ADHD. Arnab Datta, MD is a general psychiatrist, talk therapist, addiction psychiatrist, couples therapist and meditation/EMDR doctor in one. Dr. Datta was a meditation teacher, singer and artist before becoming an MD. Most of his patients want the truth ie. a great listener who provides real world congruent answers to their specific problems in the fewest sessions. You don’t need to be an addict to see Dr. Datta either. He’s a controlled substance specialist who treats adderall, benzos and suboxone patients. Those who have done ayahuasca and ketamine have come in for interpretations. All this is provided under one roof and on video chat

I completed my residency from Tufts University in Boston, Massachusetts and my Fellowship in Addictions from the Robert Johnson Wood Foundation. In 2014, I was featured in SJ Magazine as one of New Jersey’s top psychiatrists. I have experience working with adults as well as adolescents suffering from both psychiatric diagnosis and substance use disorders and have extensive experience working in both out-patient and in-patient settings.

Hello, I'm Dani, a Family Nurse Practitioner with certifications in Geriatrics and Counseling. My goal is to ensure that patients have easy and immediate access to healthcare. When requested by my patients, I combine conventional medications with functional and integrative medicine approaches to address concerns like anxiety, depression, and ADHD. I'm passionate about empowering individuals to find their own motivation for a healthy life. In addition to addressing behavioral health, I am capable of treating a wide range of conditions, both acute (skin and respiratory infections) and chronic (pre-diabetes, diabetes, HTN, and pain)
