As a board certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, I have worked with clients across the lifespan, specializing in depression and anxiety disorders, mood dysregulation, trauma, addictions, attachment disruptions, and those struggling with adjustment and difficult transitions through life. My main approach to treatment is developing a collaborative relationship with my clients to enhance and foster an environment where patients feel validated while working to improve their psychosocial functioning. For those looking for a more holistic approach to treating mental health issues, I also offer Integrative Psychiatry services.

For every problem, there are solutions: I have witnessed personal change, growth at any age. For children: identity and learning; for adults work/other responsibilities, or staying active and fully enjoying the wisdom of a mature life. Together we identify the issue(s), talking support CBT therapy and/or medication including natural complementary, exercises, work coaching. For fees, I work flexibly with those patients who have out of network coverage so they are reimbursed.

Hello, I'm Dani, a Family Nurse Practitioner with certifications in Geriatrics and Counseling. My goal is to ensure that patients have easy and immediate access to healthcare. When requested by my patients, I combine conventional medications with functional and integrative medicine approaches to address concerns like anxiety, depression, and ADHD. I'm passionate about empowering individuals to find their own motivation for a healthy life. As a physician, I also recognize that at times medications are indicated in the recovery process. When appropriate, I will work with you on personalized medication management.

Zhanna Berman is a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner in both Psychiatric Mental Health (PMHNP-BC) and Advance Family Health ( FNP-BC). She has extensive experience in multiple inpatient and outpatient facilities, and with many varieties of mental health issues affecting children, adolescents and adults. These issues include mood disorders, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, depression, ADHD, OCD and bipolar disorders, as well as postpartum, perimenopausal and menopausal issues in various manifestations.
