Hello, I’m Dr. Jordan Metsky, a double Board Certified child and adult psychiatrist. I am currently welcoming new patients into my practice including children, teens, and adults and can get you or your child scheduled from our initial phone call. My areas of expertise include treating depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, and tics. I evaluate and treat autism and ADHD in children and adults and I can work with your child's school to help get them the accommodations they need to succeed. Welcome to my practice. I am a dual board-certified Adult and Child- Adolescent Psychiatrist. I completed my General Psychiatry residency and Fellowship in Child- Adolescent Psychiatry from Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, New York, where I was appointed as chief fellow. I have been working as an attending psychiatrist with Rutgers University Behavioral Health Care, in the school-based programs, where I provide full range of psychiatric services to youths (5-21) in out of district therapeutic schools. I also work with Robert Wood Johnson- Barnabas Health, covering psychiatric emergency room and consultation services.

Zhanna Berman is a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner in both Psychiatric Mental Health (PMHNP-BC) and Advance Family Health ( FNP-BC). She has extensive experience in multiple inpatient and outpatient facilities, and with many varieties of mental health issues affecting children, adolescents and adults. These issues include mood disorders, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, depression, ADHD, OCD and bipolar disorders, as well as postpartum, perimenopausal and menopausal issues in various manifestations.

Together we identify the issue(s), talking support CBT therapy and/or medication including natural complementary, exercises, work coaching. For fees, I work flexibly with those patients who have out of network coverage so they are reimbursed.

Linda functions with over seven years of experience in mental health services using many modality of treatments and also specializes in substance abuse. Linda works to accommodate individual patient's schedules, such as weekends and late nights. She provides evaluation, treatment planning, pharmacologic management, and referrals as needed for patients.
