Dr. Claudette L. Blake-Tonge, DNP, APRN, PMHNP-BC, MSN, BSN, RN is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She specializes in psychiatric diagnostic assessments, medication management, treatment for anxiety, depression, bipolar, self-esteem management and psychotherapy. Her education includes a Doctorate in Nursing Practice, a Post Masters Certificate as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, a Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Clinical Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.

As a board certified provider in both Psychiatry and Internal Medicine, Dr. Gordon Kusi not only provides comprehensive care, but also care that is compassionate, patient-centered, knowledgeable and evidence based. He received his bachelor’s master’s and doctoral education from Rutgers University and a post-masters from Wilkes University. Dr. Kusi is highly esteemed among his clients who speak well of his respect, love for his profession, and compassion he expressed while providing care. He believes the client is the most important person in the treatment arena and not only should be listened to, but also the focus should be on.

Jacqueline Torgbor (PMHNP) is a provider with a difference due to the patient centered care she delivers. Every client is perceived to be unique therefore treatment is provided based on their uniqueness and is one client at a time. The goal is to improve mental well being by utilizing a holistic approach and also have access to quality mental health services. During the first session, a thorough assessment is conducted and treatment goals are set together. I am licensed in the states of New Jersey and Georgia with over 11 years of nursing experience including two years as a nurse practitioner.

I provide mental health care & wellness to clients. I have practiced in various mental health areas with 10+ years of experience providing care to children through geriatrics. I’ve always had a passion for the mental health specialty in caring for clients and providing positive client outcomes for themselves as well as their families. I make a great effort to provide safe client care.

All Services are offered in person and via Tele Health. We are specialized in depression, anxiety, bipolar, PTSD, ADHD, addictions, sexuality, relationships and weight issues. Our psychiatrist combines medication, supplements and bio identical hormones in order to address the symptoms and their origin. We will match you with the best therapeutic approach based on your symptoms, preferences and personality: psychodynamic, cognitive, behavioral, Christian counseling or life coaching. We also offer outpatient detoxification for different drugs of abuse and alcohol, combined with counseling for relapse prevention and coping skills.
