Dr. Claudette L. Blake-Tonge, DNP, APRN, PMHNP-BC, MSN, BSN, RN is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She specializes in psychiatric diagnostic assessments, medication management, treatment for anxiety, depression, bipolar, self-esteem management and psychotherapy. Her education includes a Doctorate in Nursing Practice, a Post Masters Certificate as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, a Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Clinical Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.

Because of my unique background in infancy, parenting, perinatal health, ADHD, child and adult psychiatry, I offer services to all age groups by applying principals of psychotherapy, pharmacology, and neuroscience. I also do school consultation and provide comprehensive evaluations for excessive social media use, PTSD, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and stress or burnout.

I'm passionate about helping survivors recover from trauma, and absolutely love caring for patients. I take a relational, warm, and supportive approach to your treatment. Also, I am a board-certified, UCSF and Yale trained adult psychiatrist with expertise in the treatment of trauma. I’m the Co-founder of Nema Health, a telehealth practice that offers effective and research-backed care for trauma survivors. We currently offer Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), a first-line treatment endorsed by the National Center for PTSD. 90% of our patients experience clinical improvement in their trauma symptoms.

I am Board Certified in Adult Psychiatry and have been practicing since 2005. I completed my residency from Tufts University in Boston, Massachusetts and my Fellowship in Addictions from the Robert Johnson Wood Foundation. In 2014, I was featured in SJ Magazine as one of New Jersey’s top psychiatrists. I have experience working with adults as well as adolescents suffering from both psychiatric diagnosis and substance use disorders and have extensive experience working in both out-patient and in-patient settings.

Hello, I'm Dani, a Family Nurse Practitioner with certifications in Geriatrics and Counseling. My goal is to ensure that patients have easy and immediate access to healthcare. When requested by my patients, I combine conventional medications with functional and integrative medicine approaches to address concerns like anxiety, depression, and ADHD. I'm passionate about empowering individuals to find their own motivation for a healthy life. I provide medication management for Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, PTSD, Trauma, Sleep or Insomnia, and includes Motivational Interviewing, CBT, and Solution-Based. This is a telehealth-only practice. In essence, we do not initiate a controlled medication (such as benzodiazepines), by DEA regulations. Private pay rates are $150 for follow-up and $275 for initial evaluation. I have worked in the Mental Health field for over 30 years and have treated adults ranging in age from 18 to 80. I have also done extensive work with couples and families. My clients have had a wide variety of presenting problems from depression, anger management, relationships issues, anxiety, mood disorders, marital problems, phobias and obsessive compulsive behaviors. I see my client as a whole person not as a person with a problem. A person with strengths and weaknesses. Our job together is to find the answers and develop the skills to move forward to an enriching life.

I believe clients want to have full remission of their symptoms , so they are able to function well and enjoy their life. A lot of clients are afraid to reach out for help either because of the stigma, fear to taking medication, or concerns of the medication side effects. The mental illness stigma have prevented a lot of people to reach out for help, believe me no human being is immune from mental illness.
