My name is Ophelia Matthews, and I am a PMHNP-BC Licensed in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. My specialty is medication management; I manage patients with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, ADD/ADHD, and adjustment issues, PTSD. Ophelia solution behavioral health LLC is a solo community-based mental health agency on a mission to provide quality behavioral health services to stabilize, strengthen, and support youth and families and also includes medication management and provide Client treatment plans that are individualized and tailored to each client's specific needs and goals through Tele health.

I am an ANCC board-certified PMHNP. I received my MSN in Psychiatric Mental Health from Virginia Commonwealth University. I worked as an RN on a trauma step-down unit, helping patients who had endured bodily trauma and patients withdrawing from substances. The clinical experience I received during my training was largely with inpatient mood disorder and forensic psychiatric populations with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and schizoaffective disorder. When I began to work as a psychiatric nurse practitioner, that experience influenced my decision to focus on mental health.

All Services are offered in person and via Tele Health. We are specialized in depression, anxiety, bipolar, PTSD, ADHD, addictions, sexuality, relationships and weight issues. Our psychiatrist combines medication, supplements and bio identical hormones in order to address the symptoms and their origin. We will match you with the best therapeutic approach based on your symptoms, preferences and personality: psychodynamic, cognitive, behavioral, Christian counseling or life coaching. We also offer outpatient detoxification for different drugs of abuse and alcohol, combined with counseling for relapse prevention and coping skills.

With 15 years of experience in the medical field, she has had the privilege of guiding countless individuals on their journeys toward healthier, more fulfilling lives.
