Dr. Raluca Radulescu, a Board Certified psychiatrist in the area of General Psychiatry and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, heads our practice. She completed her training in Child Psychiatry at New York Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical Center-Westchester Division. She provides psychiatric services to children, adolescents and adults. We have several licensed clinicians with extensive clinical experience in a variety of settings including hospitals, schools, and private practice working with adults, adolescents, children and families. Dr. Tintorer went to medical school at New Jersey Medical School, and went on to begin a residency in surgery before deciding that a career in psychiatry was where she wanted to be. She did her general psychiatry training at St. Vincent's Catholic Medical Center in Manhattan, then her Child and Adolescent Fellowship at St. Luke's Roosevelt Medical Center in Manhattan. She has rotated through a therapeutic school in NYC, worked in a substance abuse clinic in Brooklyn, and worked with psychiatric inpatient and outpatient children and adults in both NY and NJ. She has been in practice in Monmouth County since 2010.

I am a Family Psychiatric Advanced Nurse Practitioner, with many years in the field, treating children, adolescents, adults and families. I perform psychiatric evaluations, design comprehensive treatment plans, prescribes medication and provides brief therapy. I have experience reinforcing DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) skills as well as behavior modification. I have a passion for working with youth on the autistic spectrum as well as with ADHD, anxiety, mood disorders and behavior problems. Experience working with Child Study Teams as well as working with schools and guidance counselors to recommend accommodations for 504 plans and IEPs.

She specializes in the psychiatric treatment of children, adults and geriatric patients. She provides thorough evaluations and medication management of all mental illness utilizing the Bio psychosocial Model. She has an extensive background in the hospital setting managing the care of patients who are medically compromised and in need of psychiatric care. Her compassionate manner is comforting to others in their time of need. Juliana is also bilingual speaking fluent Spanish.
