I’m a Psychiatry PA that treats children, adolescents and adults with OCD, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Major Depressive Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, PTSD, ADHD and Alcohol Use Disorder. Generally I believe less medication is better; however, I work with people to find a regimen that may help improve their lives. I have experience with treating various members of the community including healthcare workers, veterans, police officers, teachers, clergy, LGBTQA+, BIPOC and more. In my free time I like to spend time with my wife and son, hike, play guitar, go on meditation retreats and perform improv comedy.

Together we identify the issue(s), talking support CBT therapy and/or medication including natural complementary, exercises, work coaching. For fees, I work flexibly with those patients who have out of network coverage so they are reimbursed.

I am an experienced and compassionate board certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. I have cared and provided mental health services to individuals and their families ages 14 and above. My experience comes from working in diverse settings that includes the prison system, state psychiatric hospitals, Inpatient psychiatric hospitals, Outpatient community clinics and Crisis centers. I will work with you to reach your goal of obtaining mental wellness, "being yourself again".

I am a Board-Certified Psychiatrist (MD) and NASM-Certified Nutrition Coach / Personal Trainer who treats adults (ages 20s-40s) struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, relationships, body image/eating issues, life adjustments, loss, insomnia, panic, and OCD. With a warm and practical approach to psychotherapy, I prescribe medications gently and only when necessary. My multiple certifications by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) enable me to offer comprehensive lifestyle-oriented psychiatric treatment incorporating coaching on physical exercise, nutrition, yoga, sleep, & meditation to aim for optimal wellness.
