Dr. Lehrhoff is a psychiatrist, a therapist, & a master life coach who leads inspirational courses. Clients come to Doc to be advised how to ween off of their medications, or be guided through life challenges in her nonjudgemental presence. Dr. Lehrhoff practices with a wide-range of therapeutic modalities to guide clients towards feeling their best. I was trained in CBT and was given the Excellence in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy during my residency program. I use supportive therapy with each client I see. During my residency I served as Chief Resident and was awarded the Overall Excellence in Psychiatry Award as well as the Clinical Excellence Award.

TMR is a comprehensive private practice. We offer psychopharmacology and psychotherapy to people of all ages. We offer psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families. Our staff consists of a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, Psychotherapists (Licensed Clinical Social Workers and Professional Counselors), Nutritionist, and Clinical Psychologists who perform psychological testing and evaluations.

Hello, I'm Dani, a Family Nurse Practitioner with certifications in Geriatrics and Counseling. My goal is to ensure that patients have easy and immediate access to healthcare. When requested by my patients, I combine conventional medications with functional and integrative medicine approaches to address concerns like anxiety, depression, and ADHD. I'm passionate about empowering individuals to find their own motivation for a healthy life. In addition to addressing behavioral health, I am capable of treating a wide range of conditions, both acute (skin and respiratory infections) and chronic (pre-diabetes, diabetes, HTN, and pain)

With over 30 years of experience, Dr. Weiner specializes in diagnosing and treating adults with mental, psychiatric, and behavioral health disorders. Dr. Weiner’s expertise in psychopharmacology allows her to manage depression, anxiety, ADD, psychosis, and OCD. Dr. Weiner is an in-network provider with Cigna (Evernorth), and her office can assist in billing out-of-network insurance benefits.
