For fees, I work flexibly with those patients who have out of network coverage so they are reimbursed.

She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Instituto Tecnologico and completed her residency and subsequently her fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, New York, where she was appointed Chief in both programs. She has been working as an attending psychiatrist at Robert Wood Johnson- Barnabas Health covering adult program and the child and adolescent outpatient clinic. Dr. Gomez Aracena provides non-judgmental and compassionate care and strategies to achieve and embrace one's full potential.

As Co-founder and Owner of Psychiatry Services, Juliana brings over 25 years of experience in healthcare to her practice. She specializes in the psychiatric treatment of children, adults and geriatric patients. She provides thorough evaluations and medication management of all mental illness utilizing the Bio psychosocial Model. She has an extensive background in the hospital setting managing the care of patients who are medically compromised and in need of psychiatric care. Her compassionate manner is comforting to others in their time of need. Juliana is also bilingual speaking fluent Spanish.
