As a board-certified nurse in family psychiatry and a Doctorate in Nursing Practice in psychiatry, I have garnered extensive experience in evidence-based patient-oriented practice. I have worked in this field for over 13 years with experience at different nursing levels and a strong grasp of holistic mental heath care.

I provide culturally competent care across-the-lifespan (children, adolescents, adults, couples, seniors) to clients with diverse mental health needs including substance abuse treatment and management, with the aim of improving their overall state of affairs. I am a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner-Board certified, and I see children, adolescents, and adults of all ages. I offer diagnostic evaluations, psycho-education, treatment planning sessions, and comprehensive psychopharmacological interventions. I have over 23 years of Psychiatric experience in my career, and I have earned the ability to diagnose and treat a wide variety of mental and psychological issues in all life span.

She specializes in psychiatric diagnostic assessments, medication management, treatment for anxiety, depression, bipolar, self-esteem management and psychotherapy. Her education includes a Doctorate in Nursing Practice, a Post Masters Certificate as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, a Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Clinical Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.

Dr. Geraldine Gabriel, DNP is double board certified as a Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She also has advanced education in Obesity Management. Geraldine provides personalized treatment services for each patient according to their needs. She believes in listening to each patient's concerns to identify the root of the problem.
