Dr. Zou is welcoming new patients seeking specialized treatment for anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, bipolar disorder, and other psychiatric concerns. As a holistic psychiatrist, Dr. Zou draws from a wide-ranging toolbox of treatment options - including psychotherapy, psycho-education and lifestyle adaptations in addition to medication where appropriate. Consequently, patients benefit from a well-integrated approach to care that is both systematic and thorough.

Dr. Hopkins (she/her) received her Doctor of Nursing Practice from The University of Alabama in 2013. Dr. Hopkins holds two Masters degrees in nursing from Troy University (conferred in 2007) and The University of Alabama at Birmingham (conferred in 2017). She is dually board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. uring Dr. Hopkins’ many years of clinical experience she has worked in a variety of clinical settings as a nurse practitioner to include mental health/psychiatry, emergency medicine, internal medicine, family practice, women’s health, pediatrics, and geriatrics.
