I am a board-certified, Harvard-trained psychiatrist providing psychiatric evaluations, medication management and therapy to children, adolescents and adults. I specialize in helping individuals with ADHD, depression, autism and those who are  gender-diverse or other LGBTQ+ individuals. I believe in guiding and empowering you to make your own decisions about what is right for you and your mental health. Whether through diagnosis, medication, or therapy, I will help you meet your personal treatment goals. Ultimately, I believe the relationship between the clinician and the patient is the most important factor in treatment.

Gloria Fallon, PMHCNS-BC is a board certified psychiatric Clinical Nurse Specialist in the field of Child and Adolescent psychiatry and therapy. Gloria is compassionate, seasoned and knowledgeable about the safe use of psychiatric medications children and adults. She received her Masters in Nursing from the Yale University School of Nursing with an emphasis on women, families, and children in 2001. Her extensive work experience includes a Harvard Fellowship at HVMA (now Atrius), McLean Psychiatric Hospital and Cambridge Health Alliance. She currently works in private practice via telehealth as well as the company Lifestance Inc.

I am a Harvard-trained, Harvard-affiliated, board-certified child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist. I strongly believe that the best psychiatric care is centered on the whole person, not just on a diagnosis or specific medication. I provide weekly therapy and work with patients to determine if medications can be of help. I do not believe that everyone needs a medication, but they can be useful in treating particular psychiatric symptoms; I will work with you in order to find the best treatment modality that meets your goals and needs.

I am a Harvard and Tufts trained adult psychiatrist with fellowship specialization in the intersection of psychiatric and medical illness. I take a supportive patient-centered approach, utilizing evidence-based medication and psychotherapy interventions tailored to your specific situation, background, and preferences.

Welcome. Thoughtful Psychiatry is a group of psychiatric providers devoted to providing a "thoughtful" approach to psychiatric care. The practice consists of multiple psychiatric prescribers that have extensive training in psychotherapy. While we believe that medications can be very helpful, we insist on providing more than medication for our patients.

My career has focused on humanistic and relational approaches to taking care of children, adolescents, adults and families. Shame, stigma and loss impact development in a multitude of ways, and can deter people from reaching their personal and professional goals. Disruption due to trauma, loss, medical and mental health issues can have long lasting effects. I practice psychodynamic psychotherapy and focus on supporting one's resilience and strengths while exploring experiences and feelings which may interfere with forward movement.

Dr. Shailaja Emani is a board certified psychiatrist passionate about providing holistic, comprehensive, and evidence based psychiatric care. She has a wide variety of experience treating children, adolescents, and adults across treatment settings and complexity levels.

I am a board certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at Thoughtful Psychiatry, P.C. I provide psychotherapy and medication management for children, adolescents, and adults with a variety of stress related conditions. As therapist and prescriber, I try to pave the way for my clients to tell their stories and feel truly understood. I strive to provide a safe environment that allows for self-expression. While diagnosis can be helpful, I believe that each individual enters treatment with a unique set of circumstances, and that it is important to focus on the needs of each individual rather than focus only on his or her symptoms.

It is important for each person to feel a connection with a provider. My hope is to individualize care, treat each person with respect, and enhance a sense of wellbeing. Although I work with different ages, I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults. I offer medication management and psychotherapy in Marblehead, MA and Glastonbury CT.

Often if you trust the process and stay curious, therapy can facilitate powerful insight and personal growth. I help create an environment that is safe and supportive so you can develop reflective self-awareness and positive coping skills. This can help you live more fully and with resilience, catalyzing your healing. Currently I am also a part-time lecturer at Harvard, and senior faculty at the CHA Center for Mindfulness and Compassion.

I attended medical school at Tufts University, and completed my adult residency program at Harvard Medical School (MGH/McLean). I am also certified through Postpartum Support International.

As a Board Certified Psychiatrist I help patients struggling with depression and moodiness, attention regulation, severe anxiety and stress, and addictive behaviors, among others. As a therapist trained in classical and emerging therapies I approach these problems with greatest compassion, carefully considering one's life experiences, character, emotional and behavioral patterns, upbringing and relationships.
